The U.S. senate recently appointed to John Brennan to lead the C.I.A or Central Intelligence Agency. He won the vote 63 to 34, a vote that crossed party lines. Although he won, he had many critics who opposed him due to his support of drones roaming the sky, American sky's. Senator Rand Paul filibustered the vote with a speech that lasted almost forever. He was satisfied with the response from the president that Americans cannot be killed by drones roaming the skies.
