Commercials that suck

There are a lot of commercials on tv. They always come between what I'm watching and disrupt a good episode at almost all the vital moments. There are some commercials that I can actually tolerate and some that just annoy me and get on my nerves. A commercial that I despise seeing on tv is the commercials about the "starving kids in Africa" and the "homeless animals" funding commercials. Those commercials have a good purpose and can really be sentimental to a person by making them react with pity for the things shown within them, but it's annoying because it's not fair. They almost pull you in to donate money for someone or something you probably will never see by making you sad for them. They play the depressing "help me" music and show people with "puppy dog" desperate faces, and it makes you feel bad if you just look at it without spending for them. They put the prices really low so you know you can afford it and if you say you can't you feel like the ones on the tv!

Commercial prompt

The commercial I seen on the television that brung a response out of me was the commercial about Everest college. I'm sure a lot of people have seen this commercial. It is the commercial that motivates deadbeat couch potatoes. It starts off with a man talking about exactly what you're doing while you're watching it. He says "you're sitting on the couch, watching tv, your life's passing you by. You could be doing something productive, like getting an education. You keep procrastinating, 'im gonna start soon", the numbers right here, call now! Not later, now. You're not doing anything anyways, just do it". That's very motivational and it brung an inspirational mood that makes me want to get up and do something with my life. It's as if the commercial was sitting there watching me.
